A CALL FOR HELP!!!!

It was a cool Saturday morning and believe me I didn't want to leave my bed, not for anything Saturday is generally as long sleep day as it is the only day of the week where I get to sleep for longer hours than normal.

But I had to get up from my bed, it was for project 1million souls outreach and I wasn't going to miss it also for anything. Where are we going ? Bergers colony in Ebute meta Lagos, yes! There is a colony for Bergers sad but true and they have accepted the name Bergers wao this calls for alarm, am not going to bore you with the whole journey experience as it was a hell of a ride.

There is a place called Bergers colony, could it be a single story I will see for myself. Getting there I wasn't disappointed as the images I had in my head of the place was correct, and only one thing came to my mind they need help!.

The children were excited as they know not what the other side of the world looks like and can't even dream of a brighter way to live life buh this is a call for help. Not just those at the Bergers colony buh also those in your neighborhood, in your street, I once saw a quote somewhere that says if we all wait till when everybody can do everything for everybody we will wait forever buh what we need is somebody to do something for somebody.
Nothing you have is too small, if you are privileged to be reading this it only interprets to me that you have enough to help somebody, don't wait to help everybody cause you may wait forever. Save a soul, nothing Is too small.

WHO CAN STOP THE LORD?

Through wind and rain
Through fire and lava
The Lord will never leave you.
Through earthquakes and floods
Through changing sea levels and burning ash
The Lord will never leave you.
If you love Him, He will bless you
and He will give you many things.
..........................................................
Who can stop the Lord?<!--more-->

Who can chase the cheetah across the plains of Africa?
The Lord, He can.
Who can stand on Mount Everest?
Who can face a rhinoceros?
The Lord.
The Lord can give you sheets and Goats and cows and ducks and chickens and dogs and cats.
The Lord can give you anything He wants to.
........................................................
Who can stop the Lord?
Who can face an elephant?
Who is brave enough to face a lion?
The Lord.
Who's as fast as a horse?
Who can catch a blue whale?
Who is brave to face a giant squid?
The Lord.
Just as Jesus as died on the cross,
So the Lord has done so.
The Lord will never leave His people,
The Bible is His word.
The Lord is a good Leader.
................................................
The Lord loves you.
And he will not forsake His people.
The end.

This is the poem of a seven Years old boy William Fariss, he is the son of pioneer Bible translators in west Africa, He has interest in dinosaurs and animals. He wrote the poem as he watched their house go up in flames.

3 plus

Yup, another Wednesday has come and gone and guess what Christmas came early this year. We all expected to be taught well in 5 plus Buh we were amazed at what we got in the normal
3 pm class.

We had an external speaker today, Mr Boye Abe

Topic: Achieving your Goals by building multiple source of income.

What is the next phase of your life after school?
"Good degrees don't guarantee for success in life"

Employ yourself now or you will join the race of unemployed people

What do you want? The challenge is that most people think they know what want but they actually don't. #thinkaboutthis

Why multiple sources of income
1⃣It creates more money, and more time
2⃣It reduces the risk of being left without income "depending on a job to meet all your financial needs can destroy you in one day"
3⃣It help to save for the rainy days (negative things in the country) "do t eat with your ten fingers"
4⃣It creates and promote entrepreneurial development and business skills.

To to create multiple streams of income
1⃣A career ( with or without an academic qualifications)
2⃣Your Hobby ( what do you love doing that you can turn to money?)
3⃣An acquired skill (consider area of interest)
4⃣Start a trade (trade an idea, product, service) "there is no stupid idea"

Ideal entrepreneurial stream for students
NETWORK MARKETING
Why network marketing ?
An extremely rapid yet ethical financial empowerment
You don't money to make money

" the rich builds networks others look for a job"

Other convertible currencies
➡️Talent and skill
➡️Time
➡️Influence
➡️Space
➡️Goodwill
➡️Effort

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NONSO

Let me take some minutes out to appreciate this icon, this wonderful personality, die hard Chelsea fan, a friend, a source of motivation, crazy guy, idea bank, poet, his choice of words still amaze me.

As much as I would have wanted him on my team I know He is making waves in his works and I am proud to have him as friend. As you clock a year older today what more can I wish for you but good, enjoy your day my yoruba Igbo brother Abejegah Chinonso Femi.

Let me just drop one of his poems here, this is on leadership

Made to master

Moses stammered ; but had a rod
His peregrinations gave us the Decalogue
EMPATHY, indescribable in our eye sockets
Made Mother Theresa resolve to pull the plug

I would sit on the fence if it's strong enough
But Mandela found unflinching faith in profound fear
Mahatma relished his tears as rain for the crops
Warring not because he wanted his corn-science clear

Martin Jnr saw the promised land in his dream,
Slam-brake the sheer bias of the spangled banner.
And Malcolm x decided to be part of the movement,
Albeit scarred by his father's  gruesome murder.

With flaws dispelled, faults eased and fears allayed.
While all else LOOKED, these ones could SEE.
Buoying me to make the future words read,
"THE SEVENTH LEADER WAS ME"
